Agreement and scope
By creating an account, connecting a wallet, uploading content, or using Paxor, you agree to this User Agreement, the Privacy Policy, and the Content and Copyright Policy.
Paxor provides Web3 wallet tools, smart-contract tools, AI assistance, music features, marketplace features, notifications, messages, and related services.
Operator and contact
The service is operated under the Paxor name. Legal, privacy, copyright, and support questions can be sent to paxornet@gmail.com or mail@paxor.pro.
Eligibility and account
You must provide accurate registration information, keep your email available for security notices, and protect your password, devices, and active sessions.
You may not create accounts using false information, use another person's account, or bypass security controls.
Non-custodial wallet
Paxor is designed as a non-custodial wallet experience. Paxor does not store seed phrases, private keys, recovery phrases, or wallet passwords.
If you lose a seed phrase, private key, recovery phrase, password, or access to your device, Paxor cannot restore wallet access or reverse transactions for you.
Blockchain and transaction risk
Blockchain transactions can be irreversible. You are responsible for checking addresses, networks, token contracts, amounts, fees, confirmations, and transaction details before signing.
Network fees, exchange rates, bridges, liquidity, third-party wallets, RPC providers, and blockchain outages are outside Paxor's control.
Smart contracts and third-party services
Paxor may help generate, compile, display, deploy, or interact with smart contracts, but you remain responsible for reviewing code, permissions, contract behavior, and deployment consequences.
Third-party networks, wallets, explorers, payment providers, AI providers, marketplaces, storage systems, or links may have their own terms and risks.
Paxor Music and creator content
You may upload music, artwork, metadata, comments, messages, and NFT content only if you created it or have all required rights, licenses, permissions, and releases.
You are responsible for royalties, samples, artist permissions, image rights, trademark rights, publicity rights, and any dispute connected with content you upload, mint, sell, or share.
AI tools
AI responses, suggestions, generated text, generated code, and generated creative material may be incomplete or incorrect. You must review outputs before relying on them.
Paxor does not provide legal, financial, tax, investment, medical, or professional advice.
Prohibited use
- Do not infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights.
- Do not upload malware, phishing content, scams, spam, or content designed to steal credentials or wallet assets.
- Do not use Paxor for fraud, market manipulation, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or other illegal activity.
- Do not attack, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or bypass Paxor security systems.
Platform rights and user content license
You keep ownership of content you upload, subject to any rights you grant through NFT listings, marketplace terms, or separate agreements.
You grant Paxor a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, display, process, transmit, and reproduce your content only as needed to operate and promote Paxor features.
Moderation and account action
Paxor may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, or preserve records when necessary for security, legal compliance, rights protection, or platform integrity.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Paxor is provided as available and as permitted by law. Paxor does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free software, market outcomes, token value, or recovery of lost assets.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paxor is not liable for lost keys, lost seed phrases, wrong network selections, failed transactions, blockchain outages, third-party services, user content disputes, or indirect losses.
Changes to these terms
Paxor may update these terms from time to time. Material updates may be shown in the app, by email, or by changing the effective date on this page.
If you continue using Paxor after an update, you accept the updated terms.
