Purpose of this policy
This policy applies to music, audio, artwork, images, avatars, text, metadata, comments, messages, NFT content, smart-contract metadata, profile pages, and marketplace listings submitted through Paxor.
Rights required
You may submit content only if you created it yourself, own it, or have all rights, licenses, permissions, and releases needed to upload, stream, display, mint, sell, and promote it through Paxor.
You represent that your content does not infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, moral rights, contract rights, or any other third-party rights.
Music, samples, and artwork
Samples, beats, loops, vocals, remixes, cover versions, cover art, logos, names, likenesses, fonts, and metadata from third parties must be cleared before upload, minting, sale, or promotion.
AI-generated content
AI tools do not guarantee that generated music, lyrics, images, code, prompts, or metadata are free from third-party rights. You are responsible for reviewing, clearing, and using AI-generated material lawfully.
NFT and marketplace listings
Minting, buying, selling, or transferring an NFT does not automatically transfer copyright, music publishing rights, master rights, royalty rights, trademark rights, or commercial rights unless the listing or a separate written agreement clearly grants those rights.
Prohibited content
- Content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights.
- Content that contains malware, phishing links, scams, stolen credentials, or wallet-draining instructions.
- Content that promotes fraud, illegal activity, sanctions evasion, hate, exploitation, or serious harm.
- Content that falsely claims affiliation, endorsement, ownership, identity, authorship, or licensing.
Review and enforcement
Paxor may review, remove, disable, restrict, delist, or preserve content when it appears illegal, infringing, unsafe, misleading, abusive, or inconsistent with Paxor policies.
Copyright takedown notices
Rights holders or authorized agents may send a copyright complaint to paxornet@gmail.com or mail@paxor.pro. To help Paxor process the notice, include:
- A physical or electronic signature of the rights holder or authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and enough information for Paxor to locate it, such as a URL, track ID, profile, listing, or NFT reference.
- Contact information for the complaining party, including name, email, and if available address and phone number.
- A good-faith statement that use of the material is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the notice is accurate and that the sender is authorized to act for the rights holder.
Counter-notices
If your content was removed because of a copyright complaint and you believe removal was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice with your contact information, identification of the removed material, and a statement explaining why you believe the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.
Paxor may forward notices and counter-notices to the other party and may restore content where appropriate and permitted by law.
Repeat infringer policy
Paxor may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly upload infringing content, repeatedly receive valid takedown notices, abuse copyright procedures, or otherwise violate this policy.
Creator responsibility
Creators are responsible for disputes, royalties, splits, licenses, samples, artist permissions, collection ownership, and claims connected with content they upload, mint, list, sell, or promote.
