Privacy controller and contact
Paxor is the controller of personal data processed through the service unless another controller is identified for a specific feature. Privacy questions can be sent to paxornet@gmail.com or mail@paxor.pro.
Information Paxor processes
- Account information such as email, name, profile details, avatar, language, theme, and account settings.
- Public wallet information such as wallet address, wallet type, network, token balances displayed through providers, and transactions you save in the app.
- Music and creator information such as tracks, cover images, metadata, artist profile, marketplace listings, comments, likes, reposts, library activity, and messages.
- Security and technical information such as login sessions, cookies, IP-derived security signals, device and browser information, rate-limit records, audit logs, and error logs.
- Communications such as support requests, contact forms, email confirmations, password reset requests, and notifications.
Information Paxor does not collect
Paxor is designed not to collect or store seed phrases, private keys, recovery phrases, or wallet passwords. Never send these secrets to Paxor support or any other person.
How Paxor uses information
- To create accounts, authenticate users, maintain sessions, confirm email, reset passwords, and secure accounts.
- To operate wallets, transaction history, notifications, messages, music features, marketplace tools, smart-contract tools, AI tools, and support.
- To prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, spam, security incidents, rights violations, and illegal activity.
- To comply with law, enforce terms, handle copyright notices, resolve disputes, and protect Paxor, users, and third parties.
Legal bases for processing
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, Paxor processes data to perform the user agreement, based on consent, based on legitimate interests in security and service improvement, and to comply with legal obligations.
Cookies and sessions
Paxor uses necessary cookies and session records for login, security, CSRF protection, preferences, and account protection. Disabling necessary cookies may prevent the service from working.
Security
Paxor uses technical and organizational measures designed to protect accounts and data, including secure cookies, rate limits, email confirmation, session controls, audit logging, and encrypted transport where configured.
Retention
Paxor keeps account data while the account is active and keeps certain records longer when needed for security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, backups, fraud prevention, or financial and transaction records.
Sharing and processors
Paxor may share data with hosting providers, email providers, analytics or security providers, blockchain RPC providers, payment providers, storage providers, legal advisors, and authorities when required or permitted by law.
Public blockchain data
Public blockchain networks are independent from Paxor. Transactions, wallet addresses, token ownership, smart-contract interactions, and NFT records may be public, permanent, and impossible for Paxor to delete.
International transfers
Depending on hosting, service providers, and user location, data may be processed in countries other than your country. Paxor will use appropriate safeguards where required by applicable law.
Your privacy rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, receive a copy of your data, withdraw consent, or complain to a data protection authority.
You can update many account details in your profile. Other privacy requests can be sent to paxornet@gmail.com or mail@paxor.pro.
Children
Paxor is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law. If Paxor learns that a child provided personal data without required consent, Paxor may delete the account and related data.
